LINILE CONSULTING Pty Ltd is led by Ntombizanele Dywibiba, an accomplished Town and Regional Planner registered as a Professional Planner with the South African Council for Planners (SACPLAN). With 14 years of extensive experience, Ntombizanele specializes in strategic master planning, land use management, spatial planning, maritime and freight logistics planning, port operations, infrastructure investment planning, and project management.
She possesses a deep understanding of the South African planning framework and corporate governance and has successfully led numerous impactful projects, leveraging GIS tools for spatial analysis, planning, and informed decision-making.
Notable Achievements
- Spearheaded a project for the Drakenstein Municipality in the Western Cape to identify land for various uses, reducing delays and bottlenecks to support economic growth.
- Led the acquisition of strategic land parcels and developed the land use management and leasing strategy for Transnet National Ports Authority (Port of Cape Town).
- In 2018, received a full scholarship from APEC: Antwerp/Flanders Port Training Center to attend the prestigious Port Logistics Seminar in Antwerp.
